We have made every effort to ensure that the colours shown throughout the content of the website are as accurate as current technology will allow. Please be aware that discrepancies can occur depending on individual monitor settings and graphic cards.
Shipping and Delivery
Please make sure the shipping address is correct and complete including an accurate postcode. Incorrect or insufficient information may delay delivery of your gift. We will charge £6.95 for delivery - this does not apply to corporate orders.
Saturday Delivery
We offer a before 9am and a before 12 noon by arrangement, which also carries a higher delivery charge, please call us on 0800 093 5023.

Re-deliveries
If we have to re-deliver your items due to you providing us with an incorrect address and postal code, or if you do not respond to the calling card left by the courier if you were not in when they tried to deliver, you will be charged again for the cost of redelivery and also there will be a charge if it comes back to Bountiful Baskets.
We are pleased to say that this does not happen very often.
Substitution Policy
We reserve the right to substitute a product at an equal or greater value in any of our gift baskets & hampers.
